Is this a prolactin issue?

Hey guys, long time lurker but I finally made an account since I am in trouble.

So I ran a cycle of test e, deca and oral dbol.

I finished the dbol up around 3-4 weeks ago and deca two weeks ago/test e a week ago.

For the last 5 days I been feeling pain in my nipple. I can't figure out if it's a prolactin issue and I need to buy prami or if I should starm my serm (tamox) now and see if that helps. What do you guys think?

Did you run an ai at all on cycle? What doses of compounds did you run?

No, I ran an AI. .5mg EOD of Liquidex (from RUI)

As for my cycle:
test e 300, 1 ml twice a week
deca 250, 1ml twice a week
and oral dbol, 25 mg every day.

I got the Tamox from RUI waiting for me. I was going to start my SERM in a week but now I'm not so sure I should take it.

You should run ai up to PCT. Jump back on it NOW. Arimidex will lower estrogen significantly in 24 hrs.. id take .5 ed till your PCT start time then jump on your serms (PCT).

It's really hard to tell if it's a prolactin issue from the deca you took. I had the same issue and used Prami to no avail. Nolvadex worked over time. Bloodwork is the only real way to find out. There are plenty of ways to get bloodwork without going through your doc if that is an issue. Prami is touchy because it's easy to crash your E2.

Alright guys, I started my SERM early and for just over a week now I been running 35 ish MG of Tamox (every day. Got it from RUI)

Yesterday I felt tiny lumps in both of my nips.. No clue if they were there before but if I squeeze them, I feel a slight pain. Any ideas where I should go from here?

EDIT: The pain at night pretty much went away but these lumps worry the hell out of me.. I feel a sliiiiight pain in my right nip as we speak.

Usually if its prolactin related your nipples will lactate when you squeeze them. You shpuldnt be messing with them tho. That can make it worse.

No lactation.. thank goodness. Anything I can do in the meanwhile?

The lump in my right nipple is getting bigger I feel like. If anyone has any advice, it would be very appreciated.

i suggest running letro if it doesnt appear to be a prolactin problem, after awhile when the symptoms go away go back on liquidex

I finished liquidex a while ago. I been running my serm (tamox) for the past 2 weeks.

bro adex is the weakest of ai. Especially with dbol, i would always suggest letro. For now do your PCT and let us know if its gotten better. If not, then a surgery may be called for.

argh, should I run prami just in case? I can also order the letro and run it along side/instead of the tamox
