    Default First cycle help
    I'm looking to gain lean mass not anymore than 5 lbs
    I'm 26 160 lbs with 11% bf want to get to 150
    People usually say use test E first cycle
    I don't wanna bloat I need to maintain my weight class
    I was looking into winny but idk about the pumps
    Anyone have experience with it? I'm wrestling and doing mma
    And I heard I won't be able to do
    Much on the pumps
    Here's what I'm lookin at so far
    If you have any suggestions please lmk
    1-10 weeks test prop 100 mg eod
    1-10 weeks masteron 100 mg eod
    1-10 weeks adex .5 ms e3d
    1-4 weeks GP mhn 30 mgs ed

    PCT
    11-14 weeks nolva 20/20/10/10
    Anything I should change please lmk
    I was gonna take var but I'm prolly gonna take it for the bridge
    Masteron I wasn't really sure about mg
    Any info would be greatly appreciated

    I think you need to look at your numbers and come to realistic expectations before you do anything.

    160lbs with 11% body fat means you're currently carrying 17.6lbs of fat. You want to add 5 lbs of lean mass which brings you up to 165lbs and without changing your 17.6lbs of fat that drops your bf down to 10.7%. Now if you were to cut from 165 to 150 by only cutting body fat you would be left with 150lbs of total body weight with only 2.6lbs of bf.

    Which means you're dead.

    There is a very real chance that I'm misinterpreting what you've written above so if that's the case then I apologize. From where I'm sitting right now though you're already in excellent shape and your real choice is whether or not you want to move up a weight class.

    I don't really need the extra 5 lbs of muscle I'm just saying I want lean mass if any
    I don't care if I gain any extra mass
    Why I'm trying for lose dose of test
    But I want strength gains to go up with very little lean mass
    I'm also gonna be stacking this is clen and t3
    Would 100 mg of masteron eod work?
    I was lookin into tren but I know it's horrid for a first cycle
    Not to mention kills stamina
    My goals are to just get down there and maintain the weight
    I started at 172 and have had my diet dialed in about 3 weeks

    To me none of this sounds even close to anything resembling a good idea but I'm definitely no expert. Maybe a mod can move this to an appropriate forum where some vets might be able to weigh in and give you some proper advice.

    IMO i don't think gear is the way to go for you. Maybe Mr P can chime in but for 5 pounds of lean mass you could just tweek the diet and alter your workout slightly and BAM
