Hey guys, I have done a fair bit of research on Sus 250 and have a friend who is seeing great results and urging me to give it a try. He just completed a 12 week cycle of 250mg twice a week and went from 76kg to 85kg (he is 22 and around 170cm). I am concerned that he may be pushing me too early as I'm 19 and have only been lifting moderately for the last 4 months (183cm, 76kg). However, footy season has just finished and this would be a perfect time to go all out and train 6 days a week for a few months to gain some size without having footy to worry about. Basically I was hoping to find out whether starting at my current stage would be beneficial or is my mate jumping the gun a bit? Cheers.
