    Going to bed weighing heavier, than in the morning?
    So, usually before I go to bed I'll weigh myself every once in a while. It's been going up everyday, but the thing is when I wake up I'm always 3-4-5 pounds lighter than when I went to bed. I'm on a test prop cycle of 150 mg's e/o/d and taking 25 mg's of aromasin e/d. Is this weight fluctuation normal, or does it mean I need to drink more water?

    Yup same here. Never more than three or four pounds. I've found that I'm actually slightly lighter after a shower too. Idk why

    If you're not going to the bathroom, it's just water weight from sweating and breathing (you lose a little water while breathing, over 8 hours this can add up)

    Your body goes into a catabolic state when u sleep. That's why the best time to do cardio is first thing in the morning.

    I also read an article that said the average person moves around and turns over a ridiculous number of times during sleep, and actually burn cals...lol weird eh
