Quad injection question

Would it be ok to pin the quad 2 times,upper and lower in the same day? Im doing multiple injections per week and have never tried this.

Shouldn't be any problem, other than your legs gonna be pretty sore if your just beginning to pin their. I swap every other pin from quad to delt then back to quad.

I've done my time "breaking in my quads" and it never happened. 8 of 10 pins feel like I took one to the leg.

what else are you using besides quads? there should be no need to do this if you are using delts and glutes as well. don't forget about the ventro glute.

Im doing delts,glutes and quads but my problem is my ass has alot of scar tissue. Would like to know more about the ventro glute if anybody could help inform me. The quads are a bitch like Mike said it seems half my pins there suck!!!
