Arimidex half life?

I had a blood test yesterday and my estradiol is 9.8 this was a day after a 1 mg dose of arimidex and 250mgs of test cyp. My normal dose of arimidex .5 eod. Should I stick to that or cut back the arimidex some? I'm curious because I got freaked out by itchy nips and upped the arimidex Wednesday. So I'm wondering if that recent injection could have made me test low. Any thoughts?

test was over 1500. My hemotacrits and hemoglobins where back to normal since donating blood too. Special thanks to all the guys who helped me out on that!
