I just wanted a body critique, im 5'10, 265lbs, 24yo, 3 cycles, and i eat alot, i want to compete, just wondering if anyone who has competed could let me know where my weak point are. thankyou

Hard to say with those pics, but shoulders and bis could use some size to match. Drop 40lbs and see what's under there dude.

your wheels are there. your size is also there. now its time to diet down and cut. once you bring that waist in and lats out your gonna look real good. keep up the good work

Agree with above. Diet down number 1. Work on Shoulders and forearms. But the rest is hard to tell till u she'd some weight. Keep training u have a solid base.

Anewguy..bodybuilding theogance..i dont think im 35% bodyfat but thanku for your reply.. shovel..thats wat im doing now thanku for the reply ... hardpr and mistah187 thanku i pride myself on legs..should probly pride myself a little more on diet shoulders forarms and cardio..thanku for all of your replys youve all been very helpful

Difficult to tell but as others have already mentioned, drop some bodyfat and see what's there. Based on these two pics i'd agree that shoulders and forearms need some work, maybe even upper chest. How's the back?

Lower your carbs, Increase your Protein, Drink lots of water, Cardio 30 min 4 times week. Intensify work out.

Besides the high BF% --- you have a solid build and you can do anything you please -- competing is something you could probably do great at from the pics.
I have helped someone get in great shape starting from similar BF as you in 16 weeks -- but he suffered, and it was a terrible place to start from --- never get your BF that high if you are serious about bodybuilding.

16 weeks !?!?!?!?! dammn man that's awesome, If you don't mind me asking, was he on a lot of gear? my bodyfat is not that high probably 16% bf and this just mad motivated me! how heavy was he before and after?

Well -- since gear is illegal I wont say he was ....but if he was in a country where it was legal I would have advised something like -- 50mg tren ace ED, 400 mg EQ/week, 40 mg Winn ED
He started at 228 and landed at 176......it was not fun and I almost didnt take him on as I hate when people get that out of shape and expect miracles....however we were able to accomplish his goal of his first Open Class Win.

Good base, looks like you have a lot of muscle but def need to cut down a lot. Like others stated its pretty hard to set what your weak points are with that amount of BF.

don't listen to the bs from the guys saying u are 35% and other shit... MOST have know idea the how much hard work, food, etc. it take to put on the size u have
u have a good base right now and will only get better as u approach the bodybuilding prime years of 30-40. U will start looking reall good when u get down to about 230ish
keep up the good work, look forward to seeing u progress
