    I need lots of detailed info on clen.
    Is it pill form only? I know u dont need a pct or estro blockers. I know u just take it alone on a good diet and excersize routine. But can it do anything to your body that u dont want long term? What r the sides? The discussion in my last forum was if it only burns stored fat or if if it burns fat in general and your muscle as well. Does it help with any strength at all? Or just fat burn? Im here for research, so plz b very detailed

    Imo if you really wanna get technical about clen get a good clean diet and burn fat that way.

    Look at the EC stack, if you don't wanna start on the clen. You don't need the aspirin for it. I never use it.

    yes its pill form and there is also a gel available.. you need to be taking it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and best to taper on and off, if you are taking it for more than 2 weeks its best to use something like ketotifen. clen works well but without a proper diet and workout routine its a waste of time as you could achieve it naturally without clen. Diet properly and get a good workout routine for 12 weeks and see how you go from there before touching clen. Dedication is key
