    tren/high blood pressure
    on week three of test e 600 tren e 300, checked my blood pressure today, it was 150 over 94... my blood pressure is usually elevated on cycle, this is first tren cycle.. is that too high? any advise on things to lower it? thanx...

    anyone???? also, i got the reading from a machine at the local pharmacy, the cuff was extremely tight fit for arm, could that have anything to do with it?

    did mine the other day on a forearm cuff at local pharm and it read 126/101. I was like OH SHHHHH! waited 2 days checked it at a different one with a arm cuff (the ones that wrap around the biceps) and it was 130/73. Had a physical for work 7 days later and Dr.'s office had it at 136/72. Moral of the story is never trust one reading especially if it's a forearm cuff.

    you should buy a cuff. its a good investment if u know that u get high bp on cycle...take a few readings thru out your day, and you'll have a good idea what your bp is like. 150/94 is high. not crazy high where u should be panicking but you dont want it at that level for a long period of time.. take the first steps that drs tell patients, like drop sodium intake, drink a bunch of water (purified is best) cut red meat & switch it to white meats and fish (protein is protein) and buy some otc supps to lower your bp. i like nattokinase, CoQ10, omega 3 oils krill oil is my fave, eat enough pottasium, there is a supp called "cycle support " that ive heard works wonders to lower bp while on a cycle
