if you guys were running test and a compound, deca, whatever, what would you run for mgs of var?

start at 50mgs.....if ur a heavyw8t then consider higher dosages 80mg

You have to see how it is for you personally. I'm on the small side. 5'6" 190 right now. I am running var at 80mg right now, with out any problems. Its not that crazy or a compound like dbol, or adrol, that your gonna really feel bad if you take a little to much. Start off with less. Takes 2 weeks or so to kick in, then adjust as needed.

was running teste, deca, D-Bol and want to harden up some after just stopping the d-Bol.

currently running test c at 500mg/week and beginning my 9th week come monday, but wanna try var the last 4-5 weeks of my cycle
i was gonna run 30mg a day, but i dunno if that is going to do much or not, anybody had any good results running that low?

30 is too low. Getting around to other boards I am seeing 80-100mgs Var is allot more the standard then the Sology 50-60mgs.

50mgs did work fine for me. 25 X 2/ 50mgs/day.

1/2 in the morning and half in the evening,anavar has a long half life,its not like dbol,for me,i like it at 60-80mg/day,im a bigger guy,284lb 6'5 and thats been plenty for me,never used more than 80mg before

I'm really considering var with the next cycle, how long do I have to run it for max results? I was thinking 11wks (because I can get 50x20mg) so 4 bottles @ 2 1/2 tab/ED would last 80 days which is 11 wks. thinking of running test E 600mg/wk, with NPP 100mg/EOD along, Aiming for solid dry gains that I'll keep afterwards lol,

oh and gonna start clomid 2 weeks ahead of time and take it throughout the cycle @ 25mg/ED until PCT.

$$ cycle but most likely will be worth it, my training, diet & rest are pretty good so....
