    Anavar cycle results
    This is a second cycle, but first full length cycle i have run.
    First cycle being twenty days of test prop and tren ace at 50mg everyday. (+12.5mg t3 ed)
    This was because i only used 1 ten ml bottle of prop and tren ace.
    Two weeks of pct was done only.

    There was literally no real diet or training as i had completely lost motivation to train/diet since i suffered a distal radius fracture from a car crash. Though clenbuterol was run here there, alongside good protein intake, one clean meal a day and supplementation high vit c for immune, leucine, creatine, potassium, taurine, fish oils, zma, chromium.

    Week 1 to 4 @100mg
    Week 5 @150mg
    Week 6 @200mg

    Bodyweight Before - 78kg, After - 82kg
    Bench Before - 100kg for 6, After 100kg for 14
    Shoulder press Before - 30kg for 12, After 30kg for 24

    Bicep pumps were ridiculous and vascularity in forearms and biceps unreal. Libido was going crazy, and i could bench 80kg for 30reps where i would usually be able to do 12 reps max though i had only benched five times in the past year due to wrist.

    Pictures and results are self explanatory

    Emphasis on NO REAL DIET OR GYM ROUTINE CONSISTENCY

    ANAVAR POSSIBLY THE BEST ORAL STEROID CREATED.

    Sorry bro, but those results can be easily obtained through normal dieting you did a shitload of damage to your body for completely mediocre results. Good job, keep it up!

    Hmmm and what would be your idea of a normal diet?
    Also please elaborate on hmmm shitload of damage
    Anavar at 200mg a week for seven days cycle limited to six weeks
    Milk thistle and rala used for detox aswell as a detox shake once a week
    Not to mention water intake 8 litres plus as always and time off not just for recepter cleansing
    pct was run also where most people skip it due to their belief of relatively low shutdown on var

    ok = im very silly to comment and criticise 90% on here, your also an internet guy with little or no experience of gear use just copy and paste or follow what others say. good on ya mate

    Bro... I disagree with you. You could have done this with diet. Get with 3J, he could get you bigger and better just with diet. Don't post on the board if you don't want others opinions.

    no its fair play i welcome all views just certain posts could be placed alot more better no need to be rude or ignorant as the above.

    true alot better could have been done with diet ive dieted in the past and achieved changes in body in two days, sometimes just by even replacing my last two meals of the day to being more fats and protein only and clean fats.

    but the point of the post was to emphasise how great anavar is and what it done for me on no diet and hardly in the gym. and also many can state that the pumps and vascularity achieved on anavar isnt always possible with diet especially over a span of six weeks. not to mention fat loss in the abdombinals

    I seriously could have given you great advice about diet and why anavar only is bad for you, but you know me so very well and you decided i know very little about anavar so sorry man, can't help.

    Anavar only is a good cycle for a chick. Come on bro there are way better options for you. You check your blood lipids? You prob should.

    That was a waste of gear, shoulda let somebody else put it to good use. Btw anavar isnt the best oral ever created either. Yur results totally suck, someone that knows how to train coulda got you where your at now easy, cheaper and easier on yur health.

    Var might be relatively mild on your natural test levels, but at 300mg ed, thats not going easy. Dont care how mild a steroid it is, 300mg will shut you down pretty good. Glad to hear you ran a post cycle therapy (pct) though. Whatd you do for post cycle therapy (pct)?

    um....where's the pic's?

    Question for the OP.....do you have a vagina? because that is the only time you should ever run Anavar (var) by itself.

    you say you added 24 reps to a weight thats over your body weight in 6 weeks.....sorry, i call BULL SHIT!!!!

    if you were smart you'd get some blood work done because your lipids are probably off the chain.
