    Getting stronger but no more weight gain
    So I'm on week 9 now of a 12 week cycle which consists of Test E 625mg ew and anavar 50mg Ed. I started the var on week 3 so I'm on week 7 of the Anavar (var). I'm up 16lbs total from day 1 and continue to get stronger in the gym but I've noticed Ive sort of plateaued at my current weight now. I've been the same weight for the past two weeks now but have noticed my chest and shoulders are more defined. My appetite has seemed to decrease as well. I'm wondering is this the anavar taking effect now? Sex drive is still good too just not as crazy as it was the first 6 weeks but still higher than normal.

    You've got to increase your caloric intake as you gain weight if you want to keep gaining.. Just have to force it down man

    One more question to add to this......I know around week 3 my sex drive was in overload! Couldnt get enough of her or myself lol! Now around week 8 and 9 that's has seemed to subside a bit. Still get horny but not like a madman as it was! Seem normal to taper off a bit towards end of cycle?

    Are you taking an AI? High estrogen will kill your sex drive. You should always take an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) from day 1!

    As to your previous post, if your 180 trying to be 200 than you have to eat like your 200. once you reach 200 if your goal changes to 220, then you have to eat like your 220. You can not continue to eat like 200 and expect to gain weight!

    Eat a liitle more, train a little less.

    Recovery and growth doesn't happen in the gym.
