    pin spot
    I'm running a 500mg/week test-e cycle, and I'm always pinning on my right quad, is anything wrong with it? should I rotate or can i keep pinning the same spot? I just have a bit of pip the next day but competely gone by the next pin time
    so what do you guys think

    there are bro's on here that can tell you a lot more than me but ive always been told to move around to different spots bud. you'll develop scar tissue over time if you keep pinning the same place. i only pin quads and delts and i alternate. if i take my first shot in my right quad the next one will be in my left then i'll pin delts the same way to give the legs a break. hope this helps.

    Rotate inj sites bro so you dont get scar tissue buildup and ruin spots. Delts, glutes, quads, ventro glute. goodluck!

    I dont pinn on the same exact spot, just in diferent parts of the vastus lateralis on right quad, is it still wrong?

    Eventually your are going to have a site issue from redundant spikes.

    Find at least one more site and rotate.
