HCG conversion help

This will be my first time doing HCG. I plan to pin 250iu 2x a week. I have 5000iu powder in bottle. Please advise if this is correct....

Shoot 1ml bac water down the side of the HCG bottle and gently swirl
Remove the 1ml of HCG and put into sterile vial
Add 9ml of bac water to the new vial for a total of 10ml of liquid
If so far so good, .5ml should equal 250iu?

Should I preload the remaining HCG or keep in the vial. If I keep in the vial, should I swirl the vial before loading into a slin each time?

I will of course refridge in either case.

The way I do mine is with insulin syringes.

1ml of bac water into powder and then an extra 1ml so you have 2ml in total

2ml = 5000iu

Now if you are using insulin syringes to pin 1/10 will be 250iu which is the first line on the syringe
