Gave a shout out to 3J about 2 days ago and im already set up with my diet. Let me tell you, this guy is great to deal with and is willing to go out of is way to be of service. I am so stoked of starting this new diet and seeing the results. I will post some pics and give you updates on my journey. If you have any doubts or question about your diet this is the guy to talk too.

yep people underestimate the importance of a good diet. spend money on gear and supplements but this will get you further or equally as importand. plus most ppl think there diet is good when its not.

bro I started up with him back in Jan and i am still on my diet and i stay around 7-8%bf and gain muscle. he has changed my life. He also did the same for my wife and son -n-law. if your not happy then you didn't stick to your diet. good luck
