    car accident on cycle
    Some lady ran a red light and tboned me and my wife. I have a thoracic , spinal and neck strain!
    I'm 5 weeks in! What to do u_u. Stay on or pct?
    What are your opinions?

    Some will definitely disagree with me on this. But depends on how long term or short term your injury will be. How serious is this ? Strain to me isn't serious. Do what the doctors or physio tell you and stay on IMO.

    Can u train? if so F it just stay on. Just out of curiosity did you in vision beating her to death? I mean how mad were u really?

    They said not to lift over 15lbs and a strain they say might last from a few days to a few months! I feel ok. Not in any pain just lots of discomfort.

    I was pretty pissed ! We were a block away from seeing phil heath fml and now I "can't " train cause of the dr said not to lift anything heavy. I feel I can train just wouldn't want to hurt myself more.

    look at it in two ways.

    first your only 5 weeks in and you cant train right now.

    second that strain might last 5 more weeks you keep on cycle and cant train your going to piss it all away. Why chance it. a few weeks off to heal completely is so much better.

    I would tell you to post cycle therapy (pct). again your only 5 weeks into it. time on = time off. so your time off will give you the right amount of rehab you need to get the strain fixed.

    I am speaking from experience here. I just came off the injured reserve list. I went out for 6 weeks with a torn tendon in my shoulder. Not to mention I have had my pinnacle cycle sitting in my drawer for the last 6 weeks. I was just fixing to start when my shoulder went.

    Rehab and then start over.

    I'm not sure if this is a possibility, but if you stop now, depending on what you are using if it is a long ester, it will stay in your system a few weeks anyways. Could the extra testosterone possibly help heal up your injuries a little faster? I know it helps recovery with muscles, but could it help with strains and other injuries like that?
