    Default How to pronounce Cypionate?
    I always thought it was pronounced (sipe-ee-oh-nate). My doctor pronounces it (sip-ee-oh-nate). Just want to get this right since it's my all time favorite med. Since most people call it test cyp if just assumed it was pronounced (sipe) and not (sip).

    sip-a-nate is how I've always heard it pronounced.. although we all got Boston accents around here so it might be better pronounced sip-o-nate.. lol sipe-ee-oh-nate.. that would be spelled cipeeonate

    Ok. Found this in an online dictionary. It wasn't easy to find. It's only in some medical dictionary's.

    cypionate /cyp·i·o·nate/ (sip´e-o-nate) USAN contraction for cyclopentanepropionate.

    I guess my docs pronunciation is correct.
