loosing body fat on test
Anybody had any luck on loosing body fat on a " Test only cycle" ?
Im on test/deca and im loosing fat, a lot of it .... Its all about your diet.

Agreed on the diet! I throw in some cardio twice a week on days I don't lift. Seems to help a lot.
i just started to do cardio and got my diet in check and dammit making awhole lot of difference in shedding bf thats forsure, usually throw in 10 min of cardio after a hard workout daily

10 min of cardio follow up after my routines daily- to short?
I usually rest during the weekend, should i throw in some cardio on my rest days? and if so how much on sat and sunday
The 10 minutes isn't necessarily to short, in my opinion, if you are taking short breaks in between your sets when you are lifting and keeping your heart rate up. If you keep your heart rate at around 120 or 130 while you are lifting you will be in the fat burning zone so it will be like doing cardio the whole time you are lifting. So adding 10 minutes to, say, a 45 minute lift session would be like doing 55 minutes of cardio. As far as cardio on your rest days, I do more cardio then most people on here, my cardio workouts are actual cardio workouts. Not just walking on a treadmill. I run 6 miles everyday, 3 to the gym workout and run 3 back home. On my rest days I usually go hiking a 7 mile trail that goes up a mountain range. I don't consider that cardio, and it helps loosen me up and makes my muscles feel better. I would just go with what your body tells you. If you do cardio on rest days and you don't feel like you are recovering enough, then skip the cardio.

i lift heavy, but never before did i factor in my cardio ( which i should of)
i am noticing just from this week of lifting heavy and adding 10 min of cardio daily after my routines is shedding bf and sweating like a motha f'r as well lol
