So from Saturday just gone I woke up with some serious pain in my shoulder, I'm on my 7th week now of test-e only, Witch I wont get into, I'm defiantly skipping a good week or maybe longer from the gym.
I went to the doc's and he told me it's my rotator cuff, Torn tissue from sleeping on it funny, "weird I no!!!" Today It's feeling much better but I'm wondering what's 1-2 weeks of no lifting gonna do to my cycle results?
Also missing the past 4 days of gym has kinda come down hard on me I'm feeling depressed from not going! God help me if i ever get a real injury!
