Ok, so I've noticed alot of questions recently about weight loss (cutting), probably because the sun is actually out and people want to hit the beach and impress the ladies with there new gains.
Anyway, I'm getting the impression that people don't seem to realize how long a cut takes. They think that running a compound or two will yield quick results.
From what I understand, being a guy that has a difficult time getting rid of that lifetime adipose tissue, reasonable expectations for weight loss with a solid nutrition and cardio plan is about a pound a week, even with "fat burning" compounds.
I just started this thread to see what the vets had to say about it in hopes that people new to cutting can get some educated info and adjust their expectations accordingly.
