    cycle question on test prop/sustanon
    would it be ok to add 100mg of deca a week to my cycle for joint support. i tend to have bad joints.

    If joint lubrication is an issue you may need more oils/fats on your diet. Avocado and nuts are very good for me.

    Nandrolone may mask the problem more hurt then help. Lighter weights and high reps are a direction I would take and save your joints from long term damage.

    kind of a problem to do low weight and high reps. i just started a 3 day full body workout by rippatoe. im trying to gain as much mass this cycle. what do you think i should do?

    Make sure you warm up really good and go 200mgs on NPP not ND....no use in waiting weeks for the ND to kick when NPP kicks in just days.

    Are you having joint pains alot? in the gym while lifting, or proceeding days, days off, etc? I couldnt agree more with crazymike. I was having bad joint/ tendon pains while on a tren cycle last year. I used alot of cables an stayed away from heavy free weights. But i would recommend to use light weight lots of reps as well.

    all i have access to is nd deca 300. can i still use this. and thanks mike.

    i have them on a day to day basis. its mostly my wrists though.

    Remember it's more about diet how big you get then anything. Big weights = big muscle??
