Quick question about A.I and cycle for test

Hey guys i just had a queston about using a ai on a test+ var cycle.

On a 10 week cycle should i take my ai at 0.25 EOD of arimadex starting 5 days before 1rst injection and ending the day before PCT or run it with the PCT as well? (will be nolva and clomid)

so ai from 1 week before 1rst injection up to week 12 before PCT?

and what would you rather do? 400mg for 10 weeks? of test

or 300mg for 12 weeks?

At those mgs I'd hold off until I get "itchy nips". Some guys can run 1,000mgs and need zero AI. But make sure you have it always Before you start cycle.

For me I pin a few weeks until I feel the need and take .5 two days in a row and then .5mgs E3D.

.25mg EOD would probably be on the low side. Like mike said, just wait til the itching starts, and if it never starts, more power to ya.
I've only gone above .25mg E/D one time and it gave me some nasty headaches, was not fun at all!

You definately dont want to start running an ai before even start injecting! Thats ju!st asking for trouble! Just listen to your body and like Mike said if nips start getting sensitive or itchy start a medium dose and adjust accordingly. Nips might not get sensitive you be watching a movie and start bawling like a little girl LOL aka: high estrogen. So listen to your body you will know if something is out of the norm.... good luck!
