    Sust 250/Prop/NPP - 2nd Cycle
    For my 2nd cycle I will be doing:
    525mg/wk Sust250: 1-12 EOD
    350mg/wk Prop: 2-10 EOD
    350mg/wk NPP: 2-10 EOD

    Is this an okay cycle for a 2nd cycle, or would you guys recommend that I switch something up (maybe lose the NPP, or lower the dosages?) I want to hear everyones opinions, all help is appreciated. thanks bros! PS. previous cycle was a basic Test E (12 week 500mg) and NPP cycle (8 week 300mg)

    Stats:
    6'0
    195lbs
    24 years old
    Bench: 200 (2-4)
    Dead: 235 (6-8)
    Squat: 235 (6-8)

    the Cycle dosen't look to bad as a cycle goes!

    But to me I saw a huge red flag that questions you rediness for AAS! I think you need to focus in other areas such as Nutrition as well as training. Reason I say this is your lifts are very low numbers.

    This was an imediate triger in my head said some thing is wrong here.

    Even for a beginner

    My stats tend to fluctuate when I turn into an on/off gym person. These stats are from my most recent day after missing a month of gym and a bad diet. I will pick things up though definitely. Thanks for your help. I was just worried that if I took all that gear would I be able to safely recover my test levels, dont want to be put on Test Therapy..

    like Phatbastard said, these numbers are not good, especially since you have cycled before.

    i would suggest you fix you diet and training regime before you proceed.

    also why the prop?? 525mg/week of sus is a decent dose. sus and npp will be a solid second cycle. i would skip the prop and only stick to the sus and npp as planned

    got your pct figured out?
