    Ok, so I have been using a stack for a while now, and been on a high protein diet. I have been taking Fish oils and other supplements to help cholesterol but still have a B/P thru the roof. Does anyone have any suggestions to help lower?

    Lower your salt intake as much as you can and increase your potassium intake (Potassium acts as a diuretic and lowers the salt in your body).

    Make sure the foods you eat have little to no salt and you might want to pick up some potassium vitamins from your local market.

    keep an eye on it,and if it get worse with the OTC supplements,go see your doctor!!

    How high is it and have you checked it over a steady period of time. Your bp fluctuates throughout the day based on activity and food intake. I just got a wrist bp machine. Works great.

    yes i have done a 5 day trend same time first thing in the am and once again in the afternoon. its quite high average is about 155/85

    Yeah, that's dangerous. I'd skip the OTC options and go to the doc.

    yea i agree,the top end is way to high,it needs to be well below 140,i would consider the doctor visit
