Muscle size difference and aas influence
    Hi Gents

Just thought of something today. I am sure many of you have noticed that sometimes some muscles are slightly bigger than others.

For example on myself my left bicep is slightly bigger than the right.

My left pec as well. Will AAS make a large difference when growing?

How does one correct this? train one side more than the other to get them the same?

No, never over train one side to attempt to correct. It will lead to injuries

The only way I attempted to fix this is, use your less dominant hand while doing everyday things. For instance, I try and remember to open doors with my left hand, and I know use my left hand with the mouse at work all day. I feel like it has helped slightly. Besides that, just do less workouts that require the muscles to work as a team, instead of bench press, do flat bench dumbell press. Instead of straight bar curls, do dumbell curls...etc.

I just thought I would ask because I am sure many out there have the same thing. My chest grew really fast when i started to do things properly but what I have noticed the side you use less for example I am right handed seems to be smaller than the left when growth came about.

I figure this is because the side you use most is use to the consistant exercise maybe some of the more experienced would know more I am just assuming here.

I actually spoke with an IFBB pro about this one time and he told me everyone usually has this but the bigger you get the harder it is to see. It is very common and nothing you can do about it really. Nothing will ever be exact really

I agree with this theory and practice it now for almost 30 years and it helps to a noticeable degree, just don't expect a miracle.

here's a curveball. My right arm is smaller than my left by at least 1/2 " but its still stronger than the bigger arm by prolly 5 lbs on dumbell curls.

    to me thats just weird

but again, the bigger you get the less noticeable it becomes

Same thing here. My left bicep is 1/2 inch bigger than my right and I am right handed. No one has ever noticed. This naturally occurs on everyone. My left trap is larger than my right.. No biggie....

I have an idea of what this could be from, assuming you know what your doing in the gym...lol...Anyways, when you work your back and or chest, it works your support muscles Bi's and tri's which in turn tires them out. My Left arm is always stronger when I get to my arm day, I assume its because when I do the larger muscle groups my right arm helps the larger muscles complete there job more than my weaker arm muscle does. Which in turn causes less rest and less time for the dominant arm to grow. Just my 2 cents
