    what are peptides??
    What are they and how do they compare to aas? Anyone have any good info?

    Ummm I'm on the fence my bloods dont say shit they benefit me... but hell maybe there bunk....but I do get hungry on em...IGF-LR3 and des all I can say was good to go ghrp can suck my nuts

    this is a good place to start.

    Basic Overview On Peptides

    I've heard a lot of mixed things about some of the peps, but the reviews on LR3 and DES are generally positive and I've seen blood work to back up claims.

    Peptides are short chains of amino acids. They don't really compare to AAS, but more so to HGH. The link that Spongy put up is a great place to start for sure.

    From what I've read, they sound helpful. But I'd rather not have to inject something 2-3 times a day.

    you dont have too
    for example igf-1 or ghrp (150mcgs) a lot of guys just take it post-work out; with GHRP u can use it 1st thing before you eat or at bedtime its up to the individual

    you try using the search? there is also a peptides section on this board.

    peptidecalculator.com is very useful
    peptide-guide.com

    they are ideal to run off cycle to help cont to grow and keep gains while your body gets back to normal... they also work well on cycle.
