I am starting to go hard into building from next week monday...
changeing diet,program etc.
can any 1 plz give me random programs , so that i can see what would be best.
current program(and has allways been)
1.chest biceps
2.shoulders triceps
3.back
4.legs
5.chest biceps
i wanna go to:
day 1: chest/triceps.abbs
day 2: back/biceps.abbs
day 3: cardio/intense abbs
day 4: shoulders.abbs
day 5: legs.abbs
the day 1,2,4,5 abbs is going to be verry little training.
