Signs of Gyno?

I'm on my first test E cycle and I am worrying that gyno might be coming on.

Currently I'm on my 5th week, taking 250 mL twice a week. Also on injection days (monday-thursday) I take 12.5 mg of Exemestane. Today, I felt one of my nipples tingle. It went away after about ten minutes and I don't feel lumps or anything of that sort but I am still worried. I have Tamox and clomid on hand.

What do you guys think I should do?

Itchy nipples are the first sign that something bad is coming! followed by sore nipples.

Tingly I don't know about but if it was coming from the nipples and you are on test I would start taking your AI more regularly or add in some clomid or nolva for a short time to make sure nothing develops.

Well it's not constant or anything. It just happened for 10 minutes or so. I am hoping I don't have to resort to the tamox yet hehe.

Also, you guys think I should get letrozole or should I just wait it out?
