    test prop cycle/dosage advice
    I am considering two scenarios of cycles of Test Prop:

    Cycle A:

    8 weeks
    150 mg EOD ( 525 mg per week )
    0.5 mg arimidex ED



    Cycle B:

    6.5 weeks
    200 mg EOD (700 mg per week )
    0.5 mg arimidex ED


    Which one do you think will yield greater mass and strength gains?

    Go with the 8 week. I like to stretch any cycle, short or long, as long as it will go.

    You will get more out of an 8 weeker at 525/week than you will get out of a 6.5 weeker at 700.

    I would actually suggest you double your supply and run it for 16 weeks.

    I think you would agree that if he was going to up it to 16 weeks then he should switch esters...

    op...im with shovel, a 100mg eod will produce gains but if I had to pick between your cycles I would choose A. Imo short cycles, unless used for cutting, are worthless

    Yep, I would run cyp or enanthate for sure. If you've already bought 8 weeks of prop though, just buy 8 more weeks, don't switch.

    Thats alot of shots....not saying it cant be done but fuck that lol

    what about this :

    A: 7 weeks test prop at 700 mg/per week

    or B: 9 weeks test prop at 525 mg/per week?

    Sorry for me being unclear. I want to gain as much muscle mass as possible. It is just that I keep hearing that more test= better gains. I have got enough test either for 9 weeks at 525 mg/per week, or 7 weeks at 700 mg/week so that is my big issue

    ok that helps. More test does equal more gains but the gains are not that much more. Lets say you gain 10lbs from 500mg of test a week. If you bump that up to 1000mg a week you might gain 13. So the gains vs the side effects I dont think are worth it. The more test the more sides bro.

    Like I said if you want to put on muscle and keep it then you need to think about a longer cycle with an enanthate or cyptionate. You can use half your prop as a kickstart for the first 4 weeks of the cycle as well. Then you would have another 4 week kick start of prop left over for the next cycle. Short cycles do not work well for maintaining gains.
