 Ultimate Cutting Cycle --- Test Prop, Tren Ace, Anavar, Clen
First time poster and I'll be the first to say I don't know everything so forgive me if anything does not make sense. That being said, thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
STATS
- 29 years old, 6', 210, 17% bf.
- Lifting solid for the past three
- This will be my third cycle
- Cycle1= teste X500 10wks
- Cycle2= teste X500 13wks (best
-Winny+clen (on2wks 2wksoff) last 8wks
-Nolva 4 PCT starting 2wks after test
HISTORY
So, I'm not an amateur but again, I don't know it all. I got GREAT results with my last two cycles. The first one I put on 20 lbs, two months later I was still 12 pounds up but looked great. The second one was even better, I got down to 12% bf and everyone I know was commenting. I've put on a little weight since then, good muscle but some not so good muscle. It's been eight months since my last cycle.
GOAL
Goal is the ultimate cutting cycle, I want to see single digits (bf%) and I'll do the exercise diet to get there!
ULTIMATE CUTTING CYCLE
Here is what I'm looking at for my third cycle, PLEASE critic and criticize as needed.
test Prop 100/EOD weeks 1-12
tren Ace 75/EOD weeks 1-10
Anavar - 50/ED weeks 6-14
clen - (2wkson 2wksoff) weeks 6-14
Nolva/clomid/Liquidex on hand
QUESTIONS:
Should I add HCG, some have told me I should since and run it from the beginning. Any thoughts? If so how much?
Is Winny as good as Anavar? Would anyone recommend running Winny here instead of Var?
PCT recommendations? What would you use, how much, how long?
Again, any help is VERY MUCH APPRECIATED

Winny is for pre-contest bodybuilders. It dries you out, but it's also hard on your joints.

That was my only real complaint about the winny, joint pain was killing me! It got to the point where I felt like I was injured. That's the main reason I'm thinking Var on this one.

Unless you're prepping for a show, why use Winny? You're not going to drop bodyfat or gain muscle from it. It simply dries out the water between your muscles and skin for more definition.

Thanks for the advice! How does everything else look? Any advise on adding hcg as on cycle support or PCT recommendations?

250iu HCG E3D from the beginning of the cycle I have done similar cycle twice before.
I believe Var should go from wk 6-12 and PCT 5 days from last test shot.

And since you are not competing use test and tren enanthate. You won't notice any difference in the way you look.
I would also opt for masteron instead of winny or var.

I really appreciate the advice! If I were to run masteron instead of the Var how would you recommend I dose it? When would you start/stop the masteron?

Does any one else have any advice on the HCG or anything else beyond that for on cycle support. I want to get the BEST POSSIBLE RESULTS and I'm willing to spend whatever it takes. Thanks in advance!

Dropped the Var. Saved me a pretty penny too, that stuff is expensive! Just placed my order from my Uncle . Order looked like this....
2 x Clenbuterol - 0.04mg/tab 100 tabs
5 x Cytomel T3 - 25mcg/tab 30 tabs
4 x HCG - (Pregnyl) - 5000 iu/amp
2 x 2x10ml Testosterone propionate - 100mg/ml 10ml/vial EP
2 x 2x10ml Trenbolone Acetate - 100mg/ml 10ml/vial EP
2 x 2x10ml Dromostanolone Di-propionate (Masteron) - 100mg/ml EP
Let see if I can't do something with this. Any additional advice is always appreicated!

If you're going to run test at 100mg EOD for 12 wks like you said you don't have quite enough here. if you're only running tren at 75Mg EOD then you will have extra.
You might wanna look at the numbers.

i wish every newbie who tried to concoct these " cutting " cycles would gain 20 pounds of fat while on cycle and then they would realize that the diet cuts them , not the steroids . tren and var have a MINIMAL effect on actual fat loss , the main job of steroids while cutting is to at least maintain lean mass if not grow some.
NOT ONLY IS STUPIDITY INCURABLE BUT ITS ALSO CONTAGIOUS OVER THE INTERNET.
VAR ONLY CYCLES ARE ONLY FOR PEOPLE WITH A VAGINA.

I have an xtra 10cc of test p set aside. I had to get my tren in sets of two.
I appreciate and respect DADAWG comment. The biggest problem I have is when I adjust my diet/calorie intake during cutting I lose a lot of muscle but even more strength. I want to be able to adjust my diet/cardio without my bench and squat cutting back.
I tried to cut two years ago by stepping up my cardio
-1hr- 2hr 4 days a week of low intensity
-1/2hr - 1 hrs of high intensity (crossfit)
I was doing a 4 day split in thr gym lifting medium weight high reps. I cut my diet back by 15% and I was carb cycling. I dropped 25lbs in 3 months and although everyone commented on how thin I looked I had lost a ton of strength and size in my upper body. I looked like a thick guy who lifted weights regularly before I started and like a runner when I was done.
Then a good buddy turned me onto using test while cutting. That allowed me to lose the fat while maintaining (if not increasing) size/strength. That's really what i'm going for here.
Again, I'm really looking for advice on PCT & OCT. Thanks!

^^^ sounds like you need to nodify your diet and training to keep your muscle. Also your cardio is a bit overboard.
Go to the diet section and get help there.
What kind of diet are you running?

Soud like you were losing muscle because you were way over doing it on the cardio brah!
people make i sound like it's so difficult to cut. All you need t do is eat clean, and lift big. Cut your calories and keep our cardio nice and easy for no more then 45 minutes.
Slow and steady and it will come.

I recommend anyone starting a cycle to try buy anabolic uk, i think you can find them on google. They sell global anabolic products and some meditech and stmg pharma gear. Products are all great quality and I received mine within 2 days!
