Report Of Examination For Customs Entry
is the heading on the letter I got from Health Canada today. It appears that at Canadian customs my package was opened for examination. At the bottom of the letter it says the items were 'recommended for refusal'. Reason 'Schedule F drug' (prescription). At least it was only cialis, but fuck sakes. Think I am on some watch list now? I doubt it, but can't figure out why my package was selected for examination.

Man shit like that happens at random. They scan every so hundred packages or something. I wouldn't worry about it to much....but not sure if i would send anything to ur home address for a while

I have an order on the way, from a different source, but still it's contents will be 'schedule f' as well. The labeling on these liquid items appear to say 'for research purposes only, not for human consumption' would this help if these items are unfortunately examined too? the cialis was clearly a prescription medication, and brand name, so I can see why they were refused entry.

I hope it is purely random and not based on sender or place of origin.

I dunno about that bro, the chems themselves are still illegal in Canada. The fact the labeling says research chems, might not help at all. That's like labeling ziplock bags of cocaine with 'flour for research'. lol.

I was under the impression it was common practice for most countries
i still don't see how the hell its legal in the states, feels like unreasonable search and seizure

Wondering the same
Once packages are seized, are notices sent to recipient or does only sender (i.e. source) know about that?
Would the seized notice show up via input of tracking number? Tried - nothing showing up - let alone notice of package being seized.

Say if P.O. Box registered as different addy for future delivery. Would they not already have the recipients name black marked? So would one have to use an alias?

I don't know yet if the sender was notified, I imagine so tho. It is their property and not illegal where they were sent from. I was notified yes. I had no idea my package apparently sat in customs for over a week, until I got the letter stating it was examined and refused entry. If you have a tracking number say UPS/FEDEX I imagine you could see the status of package at any given time once in customs, yes. I did not have that type of delivery though.

I've been looking into this for a few mins now, and found out that packages are primarily examined in Canada randomly. Items chosen for examination also fall under the 'country of origin' & 'history of sender'. Not recipient.

It happens, it is all part of the game.

The term "sell out comes from progressives" It is propaganda to make your feel better about not having the opportunities they have taken away. I was raised to succeed. Opportunity is wealth of prosperity. Fight the power! .....LOL
