    how much weight do you lose after a cycle?
    i finished up my first cycle of dbol and prop. ran it for 6 weeks and gained 22 lbs. now 3 weeks later ive lost about 12 lbs. i expected to lose a lot because of the dbol but 12 lbs seems like a bit much.


    i was eating 5000kcal/day on cycle and 4500/day off.

    so you dropped the cals and wanted to stay at the same weight?? that wont work.
    also what post cycle therapy (pct) plan did you use?

    i was eating 1000kcal above maintainance. i cut down to 500 kcal above.


    running clomid 100mg/day and nolva 40mg/day for post cycle therapy (pct).

    Thats alot of clomid, getting any sides from that?

    Not much, personally I lost about 2 pounds and it was mostly water.

    have to remeber when you increase weight the mainteance level goes up.
    so by dropping the cals right away you may have went below.
    but you can loose near half of what you gained if not more.
    first cycle expect to loose 50% its because your learning what to do to stay at peak weight.

    your post cycle therapy (pct) isn't my ideal one but its different for everyone.
    i run 50/50/50/50 clomid
    nolva 40/40/30/20

    not really. ive been getting a little bit of acne on my upper back and chest but its hardly noticable. not sure if thats from the clomid tho.

    yea it sucks. im glad and somewhat surprised i havent lost any strength. all my lifts are pretty much the same as when i was on.

    i run 50/50/50/50 clomid
    nolva 40/40/30/20
    yea im gonna cut the clomid and nolva down to 50mg and 20 mg respectively for the last week. tbh, even after the cycle i have still been feeling pretty good. dont feel shutdown at all. still waiting on the blood tests but im gonna up the calories by 500.

    be happy if you even keep 6lb with a 6-10 week cycle.
    I think you expect too much , i assume this was your first cycle it sounds?

    easy way to put it: picture 1 lb of steak. you not going to grow 15lbs of stake in 6 weeks let alonf 10 weeks. (not counting water.
    what you had was mostly water edema

    yea it was my first. i know the dbol caused a lot of water gain but i was still surprised.

    and thx for the analogy. guess i was expecting too much.

    yes steroids are no magic, they only help along.
    thows guys you see that are Fkign HUGE... thats years and YEARS of lifting.
    thows guys would be happy with 4-5lb in a whoel YEARS.
    at first yes gains are a bit easyer/faster 10lb in 12 weeks is pritty basice first few ccyles. after that be happy with 6-8lb in 12-16 weeks. (not counting water)
    last 40lb of mucle took my about 5 years to put on.
    i aim for 15-20lb over the "whole" winter and then to keep 10lb or so overall in spring after loosing a lfew lb of fat and water.

    its along road to massive mass, but it turns into routine pritty quick, Atleast for me it did.

    and also i rec teste ot test cyp for 12-14 weeks next time.
    dont bother with 5-8 week cycles. longterm its just a rollercoaster ride on you horomones and body for minimal gains . just my op on that though.
    mine are usually 12-14 wks for recomp/fatloss and 16-19weeks or so for bulking. but im on hrt and dont do PCT.
    i would rec 12-14wks for most people. (not with oral though orals ilimit to 4 -8 weeks at a time and try not to run them more then a couple times a years if that.

    nice mild cycleI would rec:
    wk1-12 500mg teste ew
    wk1-12 400mg maste ew
    wk1-6 40mg tbol ed

    mast and test are a nice stack for ether dcutting OR bulking since it freesup test and adds to gains.
    I love it.
    some will say mast only for cutting but i think its nice for both.

    that looks good and im actually gonna run that next for 12 weeks but with EQ instead of mast and prop instead of enanth. i trying not to use stuff that too androgenic because i stated losing hair on this past cycle so im prone to it. finasteride will take care of the test to dht conversion and EQ and tbol dont interact much with the 5AR enzyme.

    why test prop? i dont understand?
    if estrogen is an issue just run an AI.
    you need to pin prop ed to eod. teste or cyp you could go with 1-2X a week. and makes more sence since EQ is such aSLOW releasing compound.

    i agree but i just like prop because you get more of the actual steroid instead of the ester and it kicks in faster. other than that i agree that test e or cyp are a lot more practical.

    i dont mind pinning EOD. yea prop hurts like a bitch but only for the first few weeks.
