    Gains to expect on a Test/Deca cycle
    How much weight should I first time user be putting on after a 12 week cycle of test/deca
    500mg test e for 12 weeks and 200mg deca for 10 weeks

    im thinkin 20-30lbs?

    Well for one you should be running test only for a first time to see how you react. Deca is pretty strong and you will probably see a good amount of water weight gain on it but aromasin can help with that. I would not doubt 20+ pounds for 12 weeks on both, my first cycle on test alone 500mg test E I gained 25 pounds. I am now 3 weeks into my 2nd and have seen 15 pounds already and have 13 weeks more to go. Good luck be careful and watch your sides. If you havent started I recommend starting with the test alone you wont be disappointed with the gains from it alone

    How much did you weigh before your first cycle?

    Please, PLEASE, PLEASE!!!! Just run Test for your first cycle. Your first cycle you can make a 20-40lb gain if you eat and train right. People make the mistake of running other things than Test for their first cycle and wonder why it's harder to make good gains on their second cycles.

    I am on my Test cycle right now, and I've put on a good 20lbs. I'm just about to start week 11 come Monday. I imagine that 5lbs of that is water, 13lbs of that is LBM, and the rest is fat. At the rate I'm going, I'm suspecting that when I'm completely done it will be 16lbs of lean mass, and 4lbs of fat, which I'm expecting to keep all my gains.

    I was at 196 went up too 225 then after post cycle therapy (pct) and taking time off losing the water I stayed nicely at 215
