Hi I am wondering if I can get some advice from some of you that have some experience with taking these together or just know of the possible gains/losses to expect.
Im a 28 year old male, 5'11 215, muscular build but a bit flabby in the midsection. Im looking to cut down to about 195 and tone up quite a bit. I have been running and doing cardio for a few months and changed my diet quite a bit. A friend told me to look into trying this cycle for about 8 weeks and thought I would turn to you guys for advise first.
