that`s my first post and hope im not writing at the wrong place
i started lifting 18 months ago at 65kg and a year later i was 86. now im down to 81 with 11% bf. i never used gears, just whey, gainers and 4500 to 5000kl a day.
today at gym, a friend of mine told me that i have probably a gyno. coz when i wear a tight T-shirt (even without). i have like two small balls on my tits. that took the shit out of me coz now im looking like a tranny
btw, i have no special sensitivity and/or no pain.
what`s your opinion about that? do you guys think it`s a real gyno or just some little fat? what should i do?
