hi guys, im 6 weeks through my 12week test-e cycle and have been making great gains in mass+ strength. my diets been very good and ive stuck to 5/6 meals a day mostly compromising of chicken, rice, beef, tuna, potatoes, whey etc. However ive noticed that ive also put on some fat. Is there any way i could lose this fat without stopping my muscle gains?
uptill now ive gained about 20-25lbs of weight
currently im 6ft3 220lbs and about 15% bf
