i just got my hands on mick harts laymans guide. im 40 years old. i saw the mass cycle which he has published he mentioned to take pronabol. i stay in india. i dont get it here. is there any substitute.
can some one please suggest a steriod cycle for me to gain mass. im 70 kg i just want to be 85 to 90 kg.

Pronabol is dbol aka Dianabol. Dianabol is widely available through any aas source and probably THE most common oral steroid. Taking Dianabol without Testosterone will be a waste though.

For a first cycle stick with a nice and easy Tesosterone enanthate only cycle

500mg per week for 12 weeks
250mg on Sunday and another 250mg on Wednesday
14 days after your last injection run clomid for 4 weeks
First day of clomid 200mg
Second day of clomid 150mg
Third day of clomid 100mg
The last remaining days run 50mg of clomid

Creatine is good as well as protein..lots of protein.... At the end of this first cycle you will gain the mass you are looking for.

i personally took a dbol only cycle as my very first trial and it worked well with me. as long as you train with the same intensity as you do off the cycle while on.. imo. also i wouldnt waste your creatine while on cycle, youll get enough water retention as is..
