 cramps..
Hey guys , iv'e been getting some insane cramps in my abs and hamstrings and it only takes i set and of they go... ive read taurine and amino acids should help this... anyone had any experience with them??

I take a gallon of water to the gym with me and usually finish it before I leave. I only need Taurine when I run clen.

water yes. but what about the lactic acid build up in the muscles which has been known to lead to cramping? ...the old saying: eat a banana....

water bananas taurine stay away from caffeine and alcohol I too had this issue I cut the coffee in half and that fixed it for me

ehhh musta bought a bad batch of potassium free bananas huh? jk jk bananas never helped me either but the combo of potass and taurine together did teh job

I always get them in my calves, but for some reason got one in my hammy the other morning, man! and I been drinking at least a gallon a day, but need to up it.
