Why creatine with anavar?

They work synergisticly together, I'd go 10g of creatine.

does this mean that if a person does a var cyc he should also stack it with creatine?? if so what kind of creatine is best?? should the var pills be taken at the same time with the creatine??

ANY KIND; creatine is creatine....just take it with some dextrose + ALA.

Not THAT important. The timing of the creatine two times/day and definitely (post w/o) should be MORE of a concern.

ya i 10g is good. when i take creatine i like to do it 5g in the morning and then 5g after i workout

Do you still take a PWO and does it matter if your PWO contains creatine?

Never knew about this. I thought the biggest problem with creatine supplementation was a lack of sufficient intestinal absorption. SO, does Anavar stimulate creatine transport in the gut so you can load your blood/muscle?????
