    Not enough sleep
    I have very demanding job and I am sometimes at work at 4am , and I don't get done until 6pm , then I go to the gym. In bed around 9-10pm. If my diet and training are in check , is this going to set me back ? I sometimes feel I'm not getting enough out of my cycles and this seems to be the only culprit I can come up with. Will lack of sleep really throw me off that much ?

    lack of sleep/rest will set youi back . that being said we all have to pay our bills . just get as much rest as you can during the week and try to get some extra sleep on your off days . if your bossw wouldnt mind a 10 min nap at your lunch break wouldnt hurt .

    Yea , I do sneak in a nap here and there. So far I haven't gotten caught. But I run heavy equipment , like a 980 Cat front end loader , so it does get hard to sleep on the days I'm doing this.
