I have very demanding job and I am sometimes at work at 4am , and I don't get done until 6pm , then I go to the gym. In bed around 9-10pm. If my diet and training are in check , is this going to set me back ? I sometimes feel I'm not getting enough out of my cycles and this seems to be the only culprit I can come up with. Will lack of sleep really throw me off that much ?
