need some examples of long low dose moderate cycles

im thinking of staying on for a while, mainly becaouse im tired of losing my gains,

heres my stats
25 yrs old, 198lbs dont know bf, lifting 7 yrs

ive done these cycles
test only 400mg wk fir 8 wks
test 500mg wk and eq 400mg a wk for 10wks
test only 600mg 8 wks

what kind of examples could you guys give me of long low dose moderate cycles using my past cycle expsperience that i could try

my goal is to harden up and put on about 15lbs

also what about using one compound for about 6 months
