I have a muscle injury I just cannot seem to kick. I have been to physical therapists, doctors, had all sorts of treatments, taken basically every anti-inflammatory or corticosteroid under the sun, etc. And every time I try to increase my activity just a tad, like add 10 lbs to my squat, It flares up again and I am fucked for another 2 months, icing 2x a day and trying to stay off it as much as possible since any physical activity causes intense pain the next day.
Could AS help cure my muscle condition? It is in my left gastroc. Do you know of any resources I could read for how to rehab muscle injuries using juice? I am at the point, where I will try pretty much anything.
edit: are there any dietary supplements or things I should take or do, to enable muscle repair or healing?
