water retention

I hold water a little more than most people, and I hate it. When I first starting juicing I wouldn't take any kind of anti estrogen or anything. Now I take 20mg of Nolva a day and it helped a lot. Is there anything else I can do to cut down on it more? Is there a benefit to using say Nolvadex and Arimidex or Aromasin? Or do water pills work well?

Nolvadex will do very little if anything for water retention, not only that but it also lowers igf-1.

For water retention you want an AI, preferably Aromasin.

Nolva has always helped me a lot with it, only Adex I can find is IP, the purple ones that say IP on them, anyone ever tried these? Any good?

I don't see how that's possible as Nolva does NOT reduce or remove estrogen from your body and that is what causes water retention. Nolva is a SERM and just does NOT work the way you are describing.
