I know some sources sell antibiotics but it's much easier for me to get them through vet supply. Is it all the same wether human use or animal use? Sorry this questions not really gear related.

Due - why? Antibiotics ar a $10 co-pay from your Doctor. WTF?? IF they dont work, you end up dead.

Dude... I've actually done a lot of research on animal grade antibiotics. These antibiotics are made on the same assembly line and are the same product that you buy at the pharmacy. They are just packaged differently.

You can buy a bottle of Kelfex/Cephalexin for 35.99 100 caps 500mg. If the doctor gives you a prescription for a abscess/infection it will most likely be for 7 days 500mg 3 times daily.(What I was prescribed once for a sebaceous cyst and another time for a possible injection infection) Thats 21 pills... You can do the math...

I found out about animal grade antibiotics on another forum and looked into it...

Keflex also clears up any bouts with acne I may have.

I keep them around just in case...
I like to be prepared.

If its something really bad or doesnt clear up go to the doc... period.
