USA Pharmacy Grade AAS or is it?
What kind of Oil do USA Pharma's use in their gear? EO right? That's what I thought.
is it common practice for them to use sesame seed oil or grape seed oil?
Would you think something is up with a USA paharma using sesame seed oil?

In my experience, not a single pharmacy out there uses pure EO. Some use Sesame oil, some use GSO, etc....
EO is still not FDA approved for use and yet it is still used as a vehicle for IM injectables. It's pretty funny because there's a lot of info now that points to biomarkers of exposure to ethanol.
That is to say ethanol interaction with the lipid bilayer of the plasma membrane actually creates EO, and that toxic effect is thereafter mediated by this chemical.
EDIT: Sorry, but to answer your question further, I would say most HG labs utilize EO as a vehicle, but in addition to a standard oil. As to the concentration, that is something perhaps someone else has the references about.

safe is in the eye of the beholder.
everyone on earth has deadly toxins in them at all times stored in adipose tissue. the dosage however is inadequate to begin producing detrimental effects.
pick your poisons my friend.
EO makes my AS very smooth and painless to shoot; as such I will continue to brew with it.
Is it detrimental in the long term? Probably at a high dosage (as in the only thing that constitutes the "oil")...but thats not going to stop me from using it!
