No, don't use Nolva. Use Aromasin (exemestane). Anti-estrogens do not interfere with your gains. That's a myth. When your cycle is over continue the Aromasin and then add the Clomid for your PCT for 3 weeks. It would help to know what your cycle is.

ok thanks i keep seein those abbr thrown around and i have no idea what it is.....im gonna run test-e 500mg a week/10wks. would i be ok to just run that by its self or should i use aromasin to be safe? im gonna take other things such as milk thistly multi vit ect

You absolutely need an AI with that cycle. Aromasin is the best one. Use the Clomid 2 weeks after your last shot and keep running the AI. It'll boost your natural test all by itself.

No, they do two different things. HCG jumpstarts your Testes when they've been shut off for a while. You won't need that because your Testes will respond quickly without it because you have a short Test Only cycle. The Test will self taper and as the estrogen levels get lower when you come off due to less Test and your Aromasin holding down estrogen your brain will set off signals to the Testes to get fired up again. You can recover without the HCG by using Clomid to ignite the trigger in your brain. I'm not anti HCG, you just don't need it for this one.
