Default Just got test results back

Kidneys and liver are all good. Cholesterol is good but the good stuff could be a bit higher he said. BP was good and he said my test levels are normal at 18.2. Not sure what the 18.2 means or how that relates to a 30 year old male. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Just saw this:

20–39 years

270–1,080 ng/dL (9.00–37.48 nmol/L)

So it looks like im right in the middle which should be good for my age Im guessing.

The good cholesterol? I am going to start taking fish oil caps again and my diet is getting much better and once the workouts start coming together, I think it will definitely be back into ideal range.

My LDL is always fine but like you, HDL takes a hit from cycling and takes awhile to recoup.
