What is the best cycle for for first time users?

From what I have read so far on these forums differs only a little (test), but I am still interested to see these results...

Test E or C 500mg 10 to 12 weeks. Make sure you have PCT on hand before you start your cycle.

I used 250/week for my first cycle and went from 185 pounds to 205 in two months. Test Enan. It's all you need. I would do 400 or 500 if I were you though.

You can bench 325 and deadlift 535...but can only squat 375? Doesnt sound right to me... You have some kind physical problem hurting your squat?

I think you would see good gains if you ran 350mg of test per week for a first cycle...

I'd suggest 400mg wk though...

Deadlift is by far my favorite excercise, squatting just complements it, I never want to push squats because I dont wanna risk reinjuring my knee, if i pushed it I bet I could get up to 405 someday, but really my long term goal is a 700 deadlift, ...answer short, I dont care to much about squattin heavy weight

yea do 500-depending on the gear-it could be underdosed-dont get me wrong i love test-but your not going to get as big as you think-most people have this illusion in their mind that they are going to get mad all the time and feel out of control-this is not the case

diet,age,genetics,workout style,sleep, ALL THESE things matter.
maybe you will gain 1 or 2 lb maybe you will gain 15.

but for first time:
testE 500mg wk1-14
wk16-20 PCT!

For pct I would use nolva for 4 weeks starting 2 weeks after your last test injection. Run it as follows: 40/40/20/20
That will be fine for a first run.

Thanks for the input...I would love to gain 10 pounds and lose some BF, however I would be happy with any results...I see many people posting on these forums sayin that your first cycle is your best...or has the potential to be your best...would you agree??

Would you say during a cycle it is best to eat far in excess of daily calorie intake or just to right above maintanence...and in regards to protein intake...twice bodyweight?...thanks for the advice

lets say that some side effects occurs during the cycle...for instance gyno...what should I use to combat that? begin the nolva at early signs?? or..would some other product be sufficient?..

well i am getting ready to start my second cycle tom-so i can not answer that personally.

I had to shed some bodyfat too-and i did big time on the first go round-my lifts went waaayyy up and my shape change a lot for the better-bigger shoulders smaller waiste

i started my cycle at 225 and ended at 223.

so unless you under say 12 BF% then i wouldn't expect to acually add weight to your frame-just extremely change your body composition in a short period of time.

Thats crazy bro,

Yeah Im def not under 12%...id say more like 14-16%bf...possibly higher, but yeah from what you are saying that would be awesome to lose actually bf and gain like 10 pounds of muscle...so I weigh 195 now, but end at 193...and but look completely differnt size wise...basically lower bf and more muscle...I would be very happy with that. I will definetly try to mirror your results man..

Goodluck with cycle number 2...have you decided what you are running?

BusDriva... I would recommend that your first cycle be an all out bulk. The thing about gear is that yes, it can have a dramatic effect on your body composition with proper diet/training/cardio but the thing that it is most effective in doing is packing on muscle mass. With that being said, keep your calories at a surplus, keep your training within your own limits, and give yourself time to rest... If you do all of this, you will successfully shrink the gains you would make in a month into a week...

For a first cycle, I would recommend 400-500mg/wk of Test for 12 weeks and aim to gain and keep 1lb of mass per week.

Good advice there Milk. He's right bro first run you should focus more on putting on mass. If you waste time trying to shed far & gain size first run neither will be as dramatic as you might like. I say bulk but still do some cardio. Chances are your bf will still go down but you'll also add the size you're looking for. Don't forget extra muscle helps burn bf so if you put the size on you should have an easier time burning fat later. Save the cutting for later your first cycle can easily yield 15-20 lbs.

Thanks alot man,

Seems like alot of responses are to worry first and for most about getting the necessary calories (bulk) during a cycle. Definetly have no problem with eating alot.
