Ok so i had another thread bout this but i had a couple more questions that i cant seem to find the answer for.

So for my next cycle i wanna gain some size but am going to make it a leaner bulk with using a very strict diet.

The questions i have are:

1. i wanna use injectable winny the last 6-8 wks of a test cycle but still am not sure what the best dose is. this is my second cycle and i also am not sure if you have to inject ED or EOD. everyone says diff.

2.Since i want to make it a lean bulk especially towards the end of the cycle would i be able to add clen the last 2wks of the cycle and continue cycling clen 2wk on/ 2wk off throughout post cycle since it does aide against catabolism??

3. And last but not least, i have heard that sustenon is a very good combination to take with winstrol. Is this true? Or just stick to test cyp or enanthate??

50-100mgs eod of injectible Winny is fine. I would just stick with Test-e at 500-750mgs/week, split-shot 2xs a week. No comment on Clen cause I don't waste money on it. Hope that helped U out somewhat BIGRK.

the only other question i have is how long i should run the winstrol?

If i chose to cycle it like ythrashin said then i prob shouldnt cycle it longer than 6-8 weeks should I?

and also, should i kick off the cycle with it or end the cycle with it?

Just jumpstart with 30-40mgs/d-bol ed for first 4 weeks, and run the Winny for the last 5 weeks of the cycle at 50-100mgs ed or eod.

i think im gonna run sustanon for 14wks @ 600mg/wk and the last 6wks ill run winstrol depot @ 50mg EOD till the cycles done. The last month im gonna be eating very very clean and just enough cals to build lean mass.

I might do what ythrashin said and run the oral winny in between the injectable.

Has anyone else ever tried this? And did it work well?

And will injecting sustenon twice a week suffice and is it as good with winstrol as regular cyp or enanthate?

Sustonon is fine when split between two injections... Its fin to run with the winni also...

You'll get the best of both worlds if your take oral EOD and inject in between those days...

Depends on how long and how much you want to run.... 100 10mg tabs ran at 50mg per day would last 20 days.....

Ran at 25mg per day 40 days...

Simple math...

How much Tbol you plan on running per day and for how long?

If you ran 50mg per day it would last 40 days.
5 and a half weeks worth...
