PCT Advice?

My friend isn't a member of any boards and has asked me for some advice. He ran a mild cycle consisting of test-prop 150mg's EOD for 10 weeks, and NPP 400mg's from weeks 3-8. He has heard a lot of different advice on PCT, some say Clomid some say nolva others say both.

I told him when I took a few cycles I only took clomid and recovered fine.

What would you recommend for him? It was his 2nd cycle I think he took Clomid his first and reacted well to it. Everyone I used to talk to said both nolva and clomid is best I think 50mg clomid 40mg nolva for three weeks?

Clomid is proven to be superior to Nolva for HPTA recovery.

they are short ester, then property of clomid and nolvadex especialy in this case will show same effect.

incresing ando-natural-testosterone, by descreasing estrogen potency in body.

i would prefer nolva 4 day after last inject. 7day 40mg 7 20mg.

BTW it's a cycle i would like to run to. Npp is have good propertys.

haha same time... choose the advice of stonecold. he knows properly Npp. then the best PCT to run.

It seems like the word on the board isn't 300mg's Day 1, 100mg's 7 days then 50mg's two weeks.

I was reading an article saying anything more than 50mg's is useless and just to hard on your liver. So should he just run 50mg's for 4 weeks?

I'd go with 100 for 10 days, followed by 50 for another 10 days.

Thanx again SC ill tell him bro. So it looks like the old theory of 300mg's Day 1 is history that did seem like overkill.
